The challenge

Agit Kabayel is one of Germany's most prominent heavyweight boxers and represents a moment that extends far beyond the realm of sports. The objective was to develop a visual identity for this occasion. The primary challenge was the extremely limited time frame. There was only one week between the briefing and the start of production. The design had to be quick, clear, and functional under real-world conditions, while also thinking beyond traditional boxing merchandise.

Solution

A visual identity was developed that works on the big stage. The focus was on Agit's personality as an athlete and values such as discipline, authority, and presence. A key element is a modified typography that gives the identity additional independence and recognizability and serves as a connecting design element.
